Our version of the Texas Two Step
When it comes to self-served catering in Austin, we offer up two different, convenient options. Just how convenient depends on how many folks you’re gonna be feeding.
Step 1: The Pick Up
We recommend this one if you’re serving a smaller group (say under 30), have a car that’s sized for carrying and your own sidekick to help you set it all up. For our part, we’ll make sure everything you’ve chosen is safely, conveniently packed in industrial strength aluminum and plastic containers. Why we’ll even help you load it into your car and make sure you’ve got plenty of disposable plates, picnic pacs, plasticware, PoK-e-Jo’s cups condiments, and ice. Just tell us what you want, for how many and when you need it and we’ll have it waiting for you.
Step 2: The Delivery and Set Up
You’ll want to pick this one if you’re planning a Texas-sized feed and want the convenience and peace of mind you’ll get with delivery. Our friendly, professional staff will arrive 15-30 minutes before your scheduled service time, bringing you your choice of delectably delicious menu items in disposable containers along with disposable plates, picnic pacs, plasticware, PoK-e-Jo’s cups, condiments, and ice. We’ll arrange everything buffet style on one of your tables, pour the tea, make sure you’re set, and head out, leaving you to your festivities.
