TEXAS BBQ PACKAGES
Traditional mustard-style potato salad, zingy cole slaw, fork-tender pinto beans, white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies, pickle spears, ringed onions, sliced jalapeños, and both white and wheat bread. All self-serve catering options include iced tea, plates, cups, picnic packs, serving utensils, and condiments.
Tender brisket, seasoned, slow-smoked for 12-15 hours, then trimmed of fat and sliced.
Half a chicken, coated in lemon and pepper, smoked for about 3 hours and perfected with our sweet BBQ sauce.
Coarsely ground 100% lean beef seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and jalapeno, and smoked to perfection. It’s our own special recipe.
A whole rubbed turkey breast in a special marinade, coated in black pepper and smoked to tender juiciness.

Smoked, sliced, sirloin and chicken, served with flour tortillas, spicy borracho beans, Spanish rice, smoked peppers and white onions, chili con queso and guacamole. Now on the side, we make sure you’ve got plenty of fixin’s including pico de gallo, salsa, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and crispy corn tostada chips.
